How to make your own yogurt.

Bring ½ gallon of raw milk or store bought (raw is better) to a temperature of 180 degrees in a
pot on the stove. Stirring frequently. Pour milk into 2 quarts and set to cool on the counter.
When temperature cools to 110 degrees add 2 tablespoons of starter (either previously made
yogurt preferably or store bought yogurt unflavored with live cultures). Incubate in a
dehydrator for 8 hours at 110 degrees. Refrigerate and enjoy with your favorite nuts/seeds,
maple syrup, fresh or dehydrated fruits. It truly taste amazing and is very helpful to your belly’s
culture!
